Terms & Conditions:

An annual registration fee is payable upon registration. All fees are payable on the 1st (first) of every month. Payments to be made via EFT. Please email the proof of payment to your area representative. Classes run from February to November (excluding school & public holidays). Classes will be facilitated by a qualified instructor. A one month written notice is required in order to discontinue lessons.

Waiver:

I, the parent / legal guardian of the above mentioned student, a minor, understands that my child will be participating in EQ4Kids classes during which he or she will work through a Workbook focusing on different subjects each quarter. In consideration of being permitted to participate EQ4Kids classes I, for myself and the students and our respective heirs, administrators and successors, intending to be legally bound, hereby release and indemnify EQ4Kids, franchise owners, and facilitators from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, or caused of action arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in the classes, without limitation.

I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and irrevocably indemnify EQ4Kids, the school and teachers against any liability. I hereby undertake to pay all tuition fees as stipulated below.
